Webafrica starting to suck bad with support

I dont know what is going on with webafrica of late. the support seems to only operate on whatsapp and thats a mess because you wait forver to get a response and when you dont reply in a hurry they just end the chat. When you get through and report issues they dont get logged and you got to fight for a referrence number.. then wait days and fight and threaten with hellopeter, but now im going to go to south african consumer council about them
