Webafrica sort out this issue ASAP

I have been experiencing no Internet connection for the past 4days, I tried reporting my issue on WhatsApp and they still sorting it out,directs me to a bit then telling me about an outage in my area but other people has connection,so why don't I have it too..worst of all I have reported my issue and i have to wait another 72hours which is unacceptable. Could webafrica just sort this issue out because it's causing me an inconvenience.
