Have you ever experienced a company as bad as this? The worst service provider I have had to deal with.! As a Brit, who also has issues with service delivery in UK, you just cannot get worse than this company.........Truly the shi@@@st company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A effing BOT that doesnt respond, then you call the landline and after a very long wait get through to someone, and they say you need a different department. These c@@ts are all sitting with their fingers up their ars@@oles. No Management in place to sort their lousy service out. All I want is to be activated on fibre!!! Really terrible service all round. What does it take a simple computer activation of fibre.
