WebAfrica slowest service provider ever

Router received cool, and the rica documents were sent days ago and online they say it was a success. Then what's the hold up with my service pending 24 hours later? Online it says they are delivering the sim but I contacted them already to activate it since I have received it. WHAT'S THE HOLD UP????
