Webafrica - slowest service ever!!!!

I requested and PAID for a 20G top up for an emergency. 24hrs later and still no Data. The chatbot and the agents are extremely slow with communications. Every time i'm told that they're investigating as to why the Data is not activated but no further communication whatsoever. . .this is the slowest service i've experience in years. . even the Ufiling service is faster than Webafrica. . . . I'm soooo frustrated with them.
