WebAfrica (SLOW CONNECTION, NO COMMUNICATION & RUDE)

No matter how desperate you can be, never, ever, ever, ever use Webafrica. This "service provider" is the worst you can ever encounter when it comes providing internet connections services, I don't care which one you've used before.

SLOW CONNECTION.........I subscribed for their "uncapped" and half way through the month their connection was super slow and when I asked, two week later after frustrations and chatting with them everyday they finally told me I've reach my "FUD" (God know what that means) hence very slow connection.

POOR/NO COMMUNICATION.........You can't call them, only they can call you. If you want to query you must be prepared to spend the whole day on WhatsApp, they respond late and sometimes you have to start conversations from scratch.

RUDE; I asked for cancellation letter and this one "Katlego M" on their WhatsApp service told me "you can do that on your customer zone". This is the service you must be prepared to get when you want to cancel, rudeness, prolonged cancelation period.
