Webafrica Slow and Unprofessional Support

I have been trying to get my billing fixed on Webafrica for weeks. Exceptionally slow chat, no email address, no phone number and support refuses to provide billing or financial managers email address. They are overcharging me for fibre - new rates much lower. I have been a customer for 5 years! claim I will incur cancellation charges and still be charged the higher rate if I re-subscribe!
