Webafrica - Simply *********** unfortunately

I should have checked hellopeter BEFORE signing up with Webafrica. I have rarely found a company that appears to be as *********** as Webafrica. No email support, only a WhatsApp typed "support" system.

Most days, I simply cannot get to speak to a live agent ... no matter how many requests The blame is always laid at Frogfoot's door, but my experience suggests that it is Webafrica who simply do not send the relevant info, administration is poor, follow up ... non existent. I am a new customer, but I have had nothing but poor service to date.

If you are wiser than I and checked hellopeter before signing .... rather stop and try elsewhere.
