Webafrica showed respect for me and my concerns raised, and it made all the difference

One thing I have learned is that it's easy to complain for most people and very hard to say good things and give recognition for good deeds or even testify of a "happy ending" when a truly devastating situation was resolved.

A few days ago I wrote a bad review for Webafrica and out of frustration and desperation used all the resources available to me to get positive results, and it worked

There is a difference between hate speech, complaining or just joining in on gossip and spreading wild fires, which sadly is 90% of peoples intentions, and actually raising concerns and pushing through till you get the results you seek.

I am grateful to say my written words did not go unseen, because my goal was to get results, not destroy a reputation.

For round about 6 years I had excellent service from Webafrica and just because I had a frustrating three months doesn't make them all bad. It's a matter if perspective.

How many times do people do good then they make one mistake and get crucified for life, just because of that one mistake or bad experience.

A wise man once said "don't complain about what you're not willing to change"

Get to the point, present facts, approach with respect and the favor will be returned

Thank you Webafrica for the professional and good manner you assisted me and resolved my pressing matters.

Many times it was proved that staff can make or break a company... Don't blame the company if employees don't do the job they get paid to do.

I didn't have a bad experience with Webafrica, only with some of the support staff not attending to matters as I had hoped they would

Never judge a company if a product is good, one employee is not the company Report the employees at fault rather than badmouthiing a company Write their names down, get the reference numbers and help companies to get rid of bad apples rather than to take business away and causing unnecessary unemployment in masses

Address the issue appropriately and it will pay off

Remember what you send out to the world returns to you the exact same way at some point. Do things the right way, don't make it messier than what it already feels like

How would you have felt if you were at the receiving end of hell fires raised if people just complained but never approached you for a resolution and didn't have the guts to tell it straight to your face.

C'mon people, I am not saying accept bad behavior or service, trust me I was irate and had complete reason to be and we all deserve to be heard and to have a happy ending... So does Webafrica

Get your facts in order and voice your concerns with the aim to get positive results, not lead a whole army down a cliff.

Thank you Webafrica. The past three months were damn frustrating but you owned up to your mistake and I respect that, a lot.

You respected how I felt and did everything you could to solve my problem. Thanks to that respect you showed I will continue to use your services Respect goes a long way Thank you for that
