Webafrica should shutdown once, have no internet to work for whole week

We payed for their service before the end of January and they said it would take 3 business days to have everything processed and ready for installation and till today they keep on making me communicate to a bot we can’t even call its sad I only saw their reviews now if I knew, till this day we have no internet can’t even work this is b*llsh*t.
