WebAfrica should be avoided at all cost

So don't see why WebAfrica deserves any stars. I have already written a bad review on their lack of service with no response (what else is new). I closed my contract with them 3 months ago after 4 years. My router was free as I received it in 2016 as part of my contract with them. I have the written proof. Spoke to both Zoliswa and Zenande, first one helpline, second one billing who said I should and would not be billed for this. Guess what - deduction from my credit card today! I should have stayed away - was warned but did not listen. You lot clearly cannot read and it is the worst service I have ever received. Stay away.
