Webafrica shocking support

Have been without internet since Friday afternoon. All the technical support do is issue tickets. Have never in my life experienced such incompetence. The cherry on top is the automated stupid jokes and did you know voice. This is business and not a joke. I will definitely look for another service provider. It is a shame as I have been a customer for 20 years!
