WebAfrica Shocking service - avoid

Service interruptions galore. Cannot call them. Only whatsapp chatbot, which does not go anywhere to resolve your query even if you follow all the inputs. Getting through to a person on the bot takes for ages and even then you are not helped. After 1 hour of interaction and setting changes that didn't work, I'm told there is still a service interruption. After that i cannot even get the bot to respond. It's now been 19 hours... So my advice, avoid WebAfrica at all cost
