Webafrica. Shocking service

I have been TRYING, from mid 2022, to get Webafrica to port my phone line from out 'previous' SP to Webafrica. Webafrica STILL HAVE NOT DONE THIS. As such , since mid 2022, i have been paying TWO Internet servics Providers (ISPs) as I had to keep my 'old' one to keep my phone line. We have sent NUMEROUS e mails, that dont get answered, made numerous phone calls we we are on hold for AGES and OFTEN dont get ansered, spent HOURS 'talking to Webafrica's BOT on whats appand getting NO WHERE. ......... WEBAFRICA ......... DONT GO THERE.
