Webafrica shocking service

I have been trying to cancel my service with Webafrica since 14 January 2021 with no luck. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, you can only connect through WhatsApp which is complicated and of no use. You cannot speak to a human being. They instruct you to cancel on your customer zone, when you try to do that you are then told to contacts WhatsApp chat but then no one chats to you. I urgently need someone to contact me re my account cancellation. I would highly recommend not to go with Webafrica as the aftercare service is shocking!
