Webafrica shocking service

One week after i pace the order my router gets delivered. I spend 37 minutes on hold to be informed that open serve needs to do their installation first. I spend another 30 minutes on the phone wityh open serve for them to tell me i dont exist as a client. I wait 52 minutes for a whatsapp response with no outcome. I spend another 30 minutes on the phone to speak to a Marianne who tells me they are going to escalate the matter and i must wait another 7 business days for a response. How about this response. I CANCEL MY ORDER. confirmed via 3 emails. Ironically exactly the same happened in 2018 where i cancelled my order again after a lot of BS on the installation
