webafrica - shocking experience

Webafrica have been the most frustrating experience in my life; it is not possible to speak to a human; I have been to their offices on several occasions and found only a receptionist and a tea girl; the internet service is shocking; it is unstable . Close friends of mine have made the same experience and I would advise anyone to stay clear from Webafrica.
