WebAfrica - shocking customer support

The only way to reach them is via Whatsapp from their website. The customer service on Whatsapp is the worst I've ever had, simply because ....there is no customer support!

I spent 40min trying, even though I received this: "Leon Ndaba: Hi there, my name is Leon Ndaba, how can I assist you today?"

When I typed in my query I got this: "Looks like you're done, your live chat session (***) has been closed and you're back with Willie again, Press 1 to reopen chat, Press 2 to rate your experience with Leon or press 0 to return to the main menu"

This happened three times before I gave up. I then searched the web for their support number (it's not on their website), and got told I had a 27min wait.

I then tried to cancel the service and got an error message on the web page so I cannot even cancel the service!

I then even called their sales line, and got cut off!

I'm transferring my line to another provider with immediate efect.
