WebAfrica - Shocking and Embarrassing Service

Impossible to cancel with them do NOT sign up. I am trying to cancel before even starting with them due to absolutely shocking service. They tried to deliver a router to me while assisting my mother up the stairs (she has to use a walking ring to get around because of the cancer treatments she is going through), so the agent tried to deliver by dumping the parcel on my parked car in the street outside when clearly they could see I was busy. This was after 30secs of waiting! The What's App line and systems behind them are a joke. Ineffectual and you get transferred to a BOT anytime a question isn't take my credit card details and pay. Hopeless and useless.
