Webafrica Shocking after sales service

I have been using webafrica since sept 2023 with no issues. My email is with Afrihost. during last week I suddenly could not connect to Afrihost client zone to get to my emails. If I use my phone vodacom hotspot I get in. for technical support you have to choose between "slow connection or no connection. neither is my problem.In desperation I spoke to sales agents. on about 4 occassions on different days, I was promised that a technical person would call back. I was also told a manager will call me. Days later,I am still waiting.
