Webafrica shambolic

Not sure why I need to give webafrica 1 star to be able to write a review! Technical arm wrestle for 1 year. Paid for 200 uncapped. 1st after receiving hardware and openserve installation, was told that cat 5 cables are capped at 100 mbs - actual read 80 when settled, but as low as 20. Online serve terrible sometimes 3 hrs to respond. Eventually webafrica booked an openserve technician to sort the issue. The OS technician on arrival stated I need not purchase cat 6 cables as cat 5 are suitable, that I will be billed for the call out and he was only going to verify that the openserve hardware was running probably and unable to touch the router webafrica supp****!
