Webafrica services

I’m really disappointed with Webafrica. I cancelled my WiFi services following the proper procedure - gave one month’s notice and even received confirmation that my cancellation was processed. Despite this, Webafrica is still debiting my account for a service I cancelled in June. This is unacceptable. I will never be using Webafrica again
