I had a problem getting my internet upgraded I took me 10 days and 3 payments to get it up and running. I was told by the last agent the manager will contact me back on the 10th day 7days later still no call. And the money they owe me still not reflecting back in my account. I rather get messages every day to pay for another 30day voucher to have access to the internet which I paid for the 3rd time 7days ago. I don't feel like going on the live chat cause then the agents doesn't assist and solve the problems accurately.
