WEBAFRICA : Service Support Channels that don't work

INFURIATINGLY poor service ... When service providers can't keep their own lines of support open for their cleints one must wonder if they are still who they were when we started out with them.

WebAfrica have closed their support email address as it is unmanned mailbox and no longer in use. They don't take calls on their land line, and their WhatsApp's are not answered.

So sad when they expect clients to hang around and wait for them to get themselves together.
