Webafrica Service Sucks

We app**** for one of the Fibre packages. They contacted us on a Sunday to come and install the Fibre line on Monday. All went well. We paid the delivery fee and the 1st debit order went off for the usage but we still don't have a router. We can not get hold of anyone. The WhatsApp bot is useless as an agent does not get back to you. So yes I am very dissapointes in the service we have received so far.
