WebAfrica service sucks!!!!!!

I do not even think that they have a rating- you guys dont even deserve one star, but if I did not select that star, I could not write her. It is a terrible company who will only be communicate on Whatsapp. You guys are just as bad as ESKOM, maybe even worse! I am sitting for hours and hours to get an answer , and then I have speak to a robot? I have been struggling for a week now between Frog foot and Webafrica to assist with a service and broadband problem. I will never ever, and i reapeat, never ever promote you. You guys suck!
