Webafrica service stinks

This is the worst after sales and support system ever. There is no support from their side and they haven't even delivered any internet service yet they have debited their installment. You cannot get hold of them and their superiors promised to contact you over and over again but fail to do so. I cannot even contact them to cancel my contract. It is soo frustrating trying to deal with them.
