Webafrica Service REAL BAD

Trying for months to resolve our faulty Fibre line. Can only contact via WhatsApp and that is the most frustrating way EVER!!! Can't get a technician out after requesting it so many times. Transfer you from one agent to another. When I got frustrated and told them I feel like canceling my service, the answer was if they can put in a request for cancelation. Just like that. Rather cancel than resolve a problem. Needless to say I am going to cancel and I will not recommend them to anyone.
