Webafrica service levels non-existent

Horrible service. Support is basically non existent. Ordered fibre. The free router never arrived, although they charge for the service. Impossible to call, on whatsapp they simply ignore you as soon as the problem is raised. Started a whatsapp conversation with a Layaan Peters that just walked away and never helped. No possibility to get any support
