webafrica service is non existing !

signed up and waiting for activation of my account, left my previous ISP, been trying to call webafrica the whole day, no answer, been on the VERY frustrating whatsapp chat of them since 10 this morning, this is 5 in the afternoon now!!!! can i kindly get someone to call me, this is a bad sign for someone that just started with them to give this poor service help!!!!!!!! can i get ANYONE to call me!!!
