Webafrica service is just downright bad

Not happy with the service. Vuma technician came and installed fibre to my house on the 17th December 2025 but the technician left before the service started working. I was told to wait 5 minutes for fibre to start working. It worked for about 3 minutes or so before it gave me no internet connection messages. It was installed around 3pm and has not worked as of yet and I paid for the service but I’m not getting the service I paid for. Today (18th December 2025) when I try to contact them their phone is just ringing and the WhatsApp help line has not responses at all. No communication at all from them to say if there’s any form of problem from their side.
