WEBAFRICA SERVICE IS EXTREMELY BAD EN THEY DON'T CARE FOR THEY CLIENTS OR BUSINESS

extremely bad service, they since signing up for the data deal its been a nightmare dealing with them everyday i call im being told there's nothing they can do i must just pay the full amount R550 per month for 100gig but i've never even got the gigs yet i can't take it further coz according to the agents working there there is no one i can speak to like a manager or something,i was told by the agent to just wait till it gets fixed she doesn't know how long it will take to fix it could take two more months for something they said will take 24hours , a month later i have to call them on a daily just to be told i must wait till they fix it. en in the meantime to site en play with my thumbs.
