Webafrica service is disappointing and very concerning

I bought rooter and Telkom sim from Web Africa, and received my delivery on Wednesday at 11:00. I was informed that it will take 48 hours for the sim to be active. It has been more than 48 hours, and my sim is still not active. It gives OUT OF BUNDLE message and have app**** for uncapped. They are not contactable telephonically, Their service is disappointing and concerning.
