Webafrica service is brutal

So I am not going to waste my time writing an essay. As you can see from the comments from a lot angry customers related to Webafrica.

My issue, I have signed up with Webafrica on 200mb/200mbs. Everything was fine until I notice a changed in my speeds. After using the whatsapp call center service, mind you this took weeks, I was told that my package on the system was 100mb/100mbs. God only knows how this changed AND YET I WAS STILL PAYING FOR THE 200MBS LINE FOR MONTHS.

They came back to tell me that they are sorting this and going to credit me and all that bull dust. I have went back and forth close to 10 times and my speeds are still not back to normal. I dont know what else to say anymore. Feel defeated
