Webafrica service is bad

I ordered fibre line on 21th of January 2021. I was told that the installer will contact me no one has contacted me until now when I contact them via The webafrica whatsapp line is inefficient! It took over a day and still no response each time I contact them. Even at 7am when they open they claim to have high volumes.
