Webafrica service is ****

Hello Peter!

My name is Ntshola Mokhele. I had a very bad experience with Webafrica when I app**** for Fibre internet service. I had a tenant who initially app**** for the connection while still renting my house. The tenant moved out as the lease expired & I moved back in & the connection is already set up from the street except that the tenant took the router and the other device connecting to the ONT box. Yes of course they were entitled to that as it was under their account. So I app**** for my own account and on the 13th September the 1st debit of R529 came off my bank account to Webafrica for my subscription. I then received an SMS with login details saying that my connection is active & I should just login and get live internet. Without any success of getting connection I then asked my neighbour about it & he explained that there's two more devices that still needs to be installed. With that info I then called Webafrica for help but discover the only help is via WhatsApp chat after numerous attempts to get through to them. That WhatsApp service is **** as I had a chat for over two hours with one consultant named Jeannette Marishane who failed dismally to help. She requested proof of address which I sent but claimed it had not arrived on her side. She then gave me her personal email to send it through & still could not get it. She gave me another personal email to send to, which I then refused as our chat was over two hours already & lost my patience. I wrote a last message on that chat that I am going to review their service on Hellopeter if its the last thing I do to get help coz their service is no service at all and they don't even have a call center where one can speak to an agent direct. Immediately after that last message I then get a call from Webafrica from a guy called Ronald who heard my issue & promised to escalate my problem to their provisioning department & Vumatel will then dispatch a technician to install the rest of my devices and get me connected. The promise was that will happen within 48 hours & that was on Thursday the 22nd September. Till date I am still waiting and still can't get hold of them as their number redirects me to WhatsApp which is the ****piest service I had ever come across. My concern is that they already debited my money and its almost month end but still have not gotten any service I paid for. When will I get help, and if I do whenever I do what happens to the debit that already went through.
