WebAfrica Service 🤬

I’m tired of WebAfrica disconnecting the WiFi with no warning and then leaves us to talk to a Robot on WhatsApp or wait hours for a Consultant to call back - In the meantime time I can’t finish my work 🤬

Can anyone please help with an Office Contact number for WebAfrica?

We must not dare pay late, but they can just leave us without connection and they don’t care if our work/assignment fall behind 🤬

I have also noted that I pay for 150/150 but don’t receive that - How is that fare 🤬
