I was having trouble with my account because the debit order was rejected. I went to the email chat and asked if there was another way I could make the payment. I then asked how can I make the payment and was informed that the system does not allow for ad hoc payments. I was then informed that the only way was to send the debit order through again. I then asked them to send the debit order again. I then received a SMS today to say that my service has been suspended. How am I able to pay the account when no bank details are given and the system does not allow for ad Hoc payments.
