Webafrica Service Doesn't Work

9 days after ordering my fiber service I'm still not connected. The Webafrica chatbot does not function and customers have no way of making contact via any other method.

Promises to get an agent to call back have, despite many promises, not been kept.

"Webafrica: Your Fibre is active & you can connect! " NO IT ****** WELL ISN'T

Either up your game or refund me and come and take your non-functional router.
