Webafrica service does not exist

I bought Telkom topup lte data two days ago and it still doesn’t reflect, despite the amount coming of my credit card already. Is data is needed to work from home and I have had to buy Vodacom data (instant) as well at a higher cost just to be able to work. Unacceptable from Webafrica. WhatsApp chat does not work (tried 6 times) and call Centre number is never answered (Currently over an hour in the queue as I am writing this) I will be changing service providers since Webafrica takes your money and gives you nothing in return.
