Webafrica service disappointment

I have no internet access since yesterday 13h00. There is no contact numbers and one keeps getting referred to a whatsapp number where u have to speak to a robot. The after sales service of this company is shocking you can get absolutely nothing done. This is not my 1st bad experience last year I tried to cancel and move lines and it was a mess ending up having to pay another month Rather use s service provider that you can have access to when you a problem
