Webafrica service delivery non-existent

I have been trying to upgrade my internet speed since Monday 7th July 2025. It's now Wednesday evening and I still cannot get Webafrica to do the upgrade. I've been on several chats with Shamiema, Zoliswa N, Enrico B, Jermaine and Donald and none of them seem able to help me upgrade the line speed.

At the time of this review I am still waiting: "Donald M.: May I please transfer you to the relevant department for better assistance?" It's been nearly an hour.

I was with another service provider before I moved to a new house and took over the Webafrica line because it was an existing service. I am not used to such bad service from an ISP and would rather have gone without internet for a few days if I knew it was going to be this difficult to upgrade my speed with Webafrica.

Really disappointing service Webafrica.
