Webafrica service cancelation

I have been trying to cancel their services since May 15 due to poor backup support and unreasonable prices. When I try to cancel the service on their Website, I get diverted to a Live Chat session, which eventually gets abandoned after you ask to cancel the product you are subscribing to. They have kept on deducting their debit order since May, even though I stopped and disputed it with my bank. It seems impossible to cancel, and I have been paying 1,500 per month even though I have instructed cancellation. There is no other way of contacting them to take this further apart from on the website. Please assist.
