Webafrica Service

This service that is run only with a sales department and a watsapp line with no supervisors or managers is not very nice. You pay for a service and no response, and or assitance only a generic email response. My router once every month go in a state that I can't connect but all lights is green and flashing and then I must know here starts my problem with Webafrica/ Frogfoot. Isn't their something I or someone can do
