Their service has just gotten worse. I have been trying to get hold of someone to tell them that my fiber is active and live but been trying to talk to someone for the past 3 days on their whatup is just not working. All i get is this:: I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying... :: 3 days now.????????
