I went on line yesterday, and gave my personal information of which I was given 7 days to provide FICA and ID docs, should I not provide this , the account will not be activated. This morning they deducted R249. On who’s authority, how can you deduct when they specifically said your account will not be activated until the FICA documents are supp****. I called them and have spoken to 4 different ppl and been on the phone for 60 min, where now the call has dropped due the duration of call. I find this shocking, ********** and incredibly pathetic. I will continue to request my refund though, I wonder how many ppl have given up trying to retrieve there refund as there service is pathetic
