Webafrica service

This Service provider charges you for a service that is not up to specs. I am paying for a 200mbps line and only getting 100mbps. The excuse they have that there is maintenance being done on the line. What a bunch of ******* this has been going on for the last month. Getting hold of them is also not easy and when i eventually got hold of someone over WhatsApp they were of no assistance. I will not recommend them as there service is non existing and always have excuses. I have had problems since day one with cheap routers they supply. Had to go buy better quality one at my cost. Please think twice to use them
