Webafrica **** service!!!

I recently was forced migrated from LTE cellC to LTE Telkom for the last 30 days there has only been poor and limited access to the internet, with speeds lower than 1mps and ping at almost 300ms. I have raised this issue with them for the last 30 days. Still nothing. I don even get updates and I have to resort to going onto Helopeter to get any action according. If you want to force migrate people happy then make sure you are able to handle and keep the quality of the service going .
