WebAfrica sends me the router, 3 weeks later it's not activated however billing is not suspended

WebAfrica sends me the router, 3 weeks later it's not activated however billing is not suspended. Their WhatsApp support system is almost useless as you don't know if you are being assisted or not. From where I am standing cancellation is even better
