WebAfrica sends me the router, 3 weeks later it's not activated however billing is not suspended

WebAfrica sends me the router, 3 weeks later it's not activated however billing is not suspended. Their WhatsApp support system is almost useless as you don't know if you are being assisted or not. From where I am standing cancellation is even better. I have found it extremely challenging to cancel this service with their chat bot, I am not going to run around to cancel the services. Please cancel all services with immediate effect and collect your router, it's no needed. My is Code: HMH45 Ruddy Muleba
